FIND YOUR IDEAL CUSTOMER
Most business people think in broad, general terms about who their ideal client is. The mistake in generalities are that you can't be specific about how you are talking to that person. We all know when we get a form email. People love when we know them and can connect with them on a deeper level. Sometimes we worry about losing business from someone slightly outside of our ideal, instead of ensuring that we earn business from the "right" someone.

Once you know WHO you are talking to, you now need to learn to think and talk in a way that that person is attracted to you. So that that ideal customer will want to do business with you. Once you have defined your WHO and WHY you can frame your marketing messaging to your ideal client. Not only will it resonate with that person better, it will make your marketing targeting much more powerful. Remember, facts tell and stories sell. Learning your story and how to tell it to people is the first half, the second half is telling them about it over and over again.
